....The Bouffants, featuring four energetic vocalists and five terrific musicians, will entain with the best classic tunes of the '60's girl-groups like the Shirelles and the Chiffons, and to the great dance hits of Stax and Motown, to crowd-pleasers from the '70's and the '80's. This group is made up of the Memphis Symphony and the Germantown Symphony under the direction of Dr. Sidney McKay of the University of Memphis. Another great performance you'll not want to miss. Leigh Ann is a sophomore at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. She is majoring in Math and has goals to complete doctorate at Knoxville. She is active in many campus activities which include Seta Beta Chapter of the Kappa Delta Sorority, all-sing choir, and is a "Diamond Girl" for the baseball team. She enjoys singing and playing the piano. She is a member of the Conner Assembly of God Church. "Miss Lauderdale County" will be happy to attend any public appearances to promote Lauderdale County. She and her court will be presented at the annual Tomato Festival - July 8,9, 10.
